My scanner seems not to work with iCarbon. What can I do? |

Please try the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of iCarbon:
http://www.idev.ch/index.php?option=com_downloads&Itemid=50&func=fileinfo&parent=category&filecatid=6
- Make sure you have the latest version of your scanner driver. The current version of the driver can be found on the manufacturers website. Normally unter "Support" or "Downloads".
- Try to aquire an image manually within iCarbon (File > Import > Aquire)
- If this all doesn't work it seems iCarbon is not compatible with your scanner - we are sorry for that.
