 We are proud to announce the immediately availability of Mail Inspector 2004 (Version 4.0). After a long time in beta we feel that the current version came quite stable. There are also some new features included since the last beta besides of many bugfixes. Mail Inspector 4 was a complete re-write of the well known program Mail Inspector 2000 (Version 3.x).
The following core features made it into version 4.0:
- Anti-Spam filters
- IMAP4 support
- SSL support
- Process Mail
- Reply all
- Forward mail
- Powerfull notification system
- Account test function
- Context sensitive online help
- Automatic webupdate
- Enhanced logging
- Enhanced error reporting
- Multithreaded Engine (more speed)
- XML-Configuration
- and a lot more!
As we spent months of work into this project we decided to have two versions now: one is freeware while the other requires a small fee. The freeware version contains all the feature but support just one mailbox. To remove this limitation Mail Inspector needs to be registred for a small fee. This way you will support the future development of this tool.

- Multilanguage support
- Mail Inspector configuration server
- Addressbook
- More spam filters and -options
- Many more features
